Before you can change your address, email, phone number, etc., you must get a password sent to you.
This form is for getting a password assigned to you. You can then sign in using your USAF serial number, your phone number of choice or your email. In all cases, we must have one of them on the database, so you must ensure that your record contains a completed entry for the one you want to use. If you pass the membership criteria, you will be sent a password for future use in logging in. Keep track of this password.
